How to Order
Place your
order with one of the sales team, by calling the Order
Hotline

Payment can be made over the phone or choose to have a payment link emailed to you and pay via the WorldPay website.
If you'd prefer to send your order by
email or in the post, simply fill in the required Order Form details.
Then either click on the 'Submit by email' button to email your order, or 'Print
Form' button to print a copy that can be posted to us, one of our
sales team will contact you to arrange payment and help complete your order.
(Please do not post cash)

Delivery:
Orders
are usually dispatched within 2-3 days of payment funds
clearing. 'Made to Order' items are dispatched within
7-10 days* on a Next Day Service**
Please note overseas customers
should contact us for shipping costs and delivery
times, please supply your full address including Postal/Zip Code.
*Depending on availability, if a delay is foreseen one of our sales team
will contact you.

Delivery Charges:
Unfortunately
carrier companies class addresses in the following
Post Code areas as 'non-mainland' and apply a surcharge
for deliveries to these Post Codes. AB, DD, DG, EH,
FK, G, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, SA, TD or TR. (although
these addresses are indeed on the 'mainland' they are
classed as remote areas, sorry!!) Please ask regarding
delivery charges to these areas. delivery@RacksDirect.co.uk
Small orders such as Replacement Fittings etc. will incur a postage cost, this will include a Small Order Handling fee.
Overseas customers should contact us for
shipping costs. Please supply your full
address including Postal/Zip Code.
